Please only book tickets for your children (Adults are free) All booked slots are non refundable and can not be exchanged for a different date. 

All guests over 11 will be required to wear a face covering unless medically exempt. Please wear your face covering at all times in the centre except when eating and drinking at your table.

In the event of an enforced closure, all pre-booked tickets will be refunded in full

The maximum table number is currently 6. Please do not book or come to the centre in a group of more than 6. If this happens our staff will unfortunately have to refuse entry. This is current law and we have no wriggle room with how it is enforced. Current rules are that the group of 6 should either be from the same household or a maximum of 2 separate households

If you bump into people you know at the venue from a separate booking, this is fine as it has not been planned. We ask that you do not sit at the same table as them and do not adjust the tables and chairs.
